Shipping
Free standard shipping
Free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Processing and estimated delivery
Under normal in-stock conditions, orders released to the warehouse are generally dispatched the same business day. Delivery from the nearest available warehouse typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Cross-warehouse fulfillment may take longer. Weekend and holiday dispatch is not guaranteed. All dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Carriers and tracking
Orders generally ship by UPS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier. Tracking is sent to your checkout email when available and may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to show movement.
Sales tax
We currently do not collect sales tax at checkout. Tax collection may change; any applicable tax charged by Anymaple will be shown before you place your order.
Returns & Refunds
Return requests
Eligible return or exchange requests must be started within 60 days of delivery. Customer-preference returns must be unused, unassembled, in original condition and with original packaging. Email Anymaple@hotmail.com for authorization and instructions before sending anything back. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days after receipt; your bank or card issuer may need additional time.
Return shipping
Customer-preference return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping and paid service charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error. Contact us promptly about damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items and keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.
Warranty and assembly issues
Eligible direct purchases include a 365-day limited warranty for verified manufacturing defects. Beginning assembly does not automatically disqualify an eligible defect or missing-parts claim. Read warranty coverage and exclusions.
