Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please contact us before shipping any item back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

We will review your request and provide the next steps. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Use the original packaging whenever possible to help protect the furniture during return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
These guidelines apply to purchases made on anymaple.com. If your order was placed through another marketplace, please follow that platform's return process.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Return or exchange requests must be started within 30 days from the date of delivery.
For returns caused by customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges, delivery service fees, or other paid service charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact support@anymaple.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, contact information, clear photos of the issue, photos of the outer packaging, and any shipping label information. Please keep all items and packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. It usually takes 3-5 business days for us to process the refund after receiving the returned item, and your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to inventory availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a suitable replacement, replacement parts, or a refund according to the condition of the order.
Items that have been used, assembled, modified, damaged after delivery, missing parts not due to our error, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund. Final sale items and gift cards may not be returnable unless required by law.
If you have not received an approved refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still need help, email support@anymaple.com with your order number.
